2. Studio information

The website provides information about dance classes, private coaching, choreography workshops, first dance lessons, studio hire, memberships, and related services. Descriptions are provided for general guidance and may change according to timetable, teacher availability, room capacity, safety requirements, or seasonal programming.

3. Bookings and enquiries

A submitted form is an enquiry or request, not a confirmed class place, unless Quietorchardco expressly confirms it by email, phone, or another direct communication. We may request further information before accepting a booking, including experience level, age range, access needs, preferred dates, group size, and service type.

4. Payments, cancellations, and changes

Payment terms, cancellation windows, refunds, credits, late arrival rules, and membership conditions may vary by service and will be provided during booking or in separate written terms. Quietorchardco may reschedule or cancel a class where necessary because of teacher illness, safety concerns, low attendance, building access issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

5. Health, safety, and participation

Dance is a physical activity and involves risk of strain, fatigue, slips, trips, or injury. Students are responsible for working within their own capacity, wearing suitable clothing and footwear, following teacher instructions, and telling the teacher about relevant limitations before class. Quietorchardco may refuse or stop participation where behaviour, footwear, health concerns, or unsafe conduct creates a risk to the student, teacher, or others.

6. Studio conduct

• Respect teachers, staff, students, and visitors.
• Arrive on time and avoid disrupting ongoing classes.
• Use studio rooms and equipment only as instructed.
• Do not record teachers or other students without consent.
• Do not use the studio for unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, or damaging activity.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, written content, class descriptions, logos, layout, and original materials belong to Quietorchardco or its licensors. Choreography taught in class may be practised for personal learning unless a separate licence or performance permission is required. You must not copy, sell, publish, or commercially exploit studio materials without written permission.

8. Website availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all information is current at every moment. We may update, suspend, or remove pages, services, prices, timetables, or features without prior notice.

9. Liability
